This tab enables our Retailers, Builders and Manufacturers to get a quick look at some summary matrices that spell out the differences between our modular and HUD-Code loan products (including some "niche" products), as well as our overall programs and capabilities. At Land/Home Financial we are driven to take the mystery out of the mortgage programs available for both manufactured and modular home products.
The HUD-Code C-to-P Matrix
link will provide general information on our conforming (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) mortgage lending guidelines for the HUD-Code Manufactured Home. Similarly, the Modular C-to-P Matrix
link will provide general information on our mortgage lending guidelines for the Modular Home. We have several other "niche" programs that set us apart from other manufactured home lenders. The MH Residential Program
enables eligible borrowers to obtain a conforming loan for qualified homes (i.e. specific quality, amenities, architectural and installation guidelines) using site-built underwriting guidelines and rates. The Invoice-Based Advance Program
enables a mortgage loan to be structured based on a land-only appraisal and home valuation using the NADA Handbook. The "Niche" and Alt-A Programs Information Sheet
discuss other product offerings including the MH "Retro-Fit" Program. The MH Programs and Capabilities Matrix
link contains an overall listing of the types of mortgage loans available at Land/Home Financial, and our extensive lending capabilities.
Land/Home Financial also has a MH Wholesale Program
, as well as specific loan products for broker submission including a Full Doc Conforming Program
, a Construction-to-Permanent Conforming Program
, and a Full Doc Non-Conforming Program.
