The Procedures link will provide general information on guidelines, outline the steps of the mortgage process from the retailer or builder perspective, and provide other valuable information. Additional information on the construction process, geared toward the borrower, can be viewed by going to the Construction Loans link under the “Learn More” tab at the top. The Process link contains a simple flow-chart that displays the retailer process in a graphical format. The Loan Matrices / Programs link includes our Programs and capabilities and charts for our HUD-Code and Modular construction-to-permanent programs. The MH Data Sheet link is a PDF document about our Manufactured and Modular Housing Division.
