The Draw Request link provides a copy of a blank construction phase draw request for agreed upon disbursements during the course of construction. For new retailers, builders or manufacturers to our site, the Retailer/Modular Sign-Up Package link provides necessary forms to enter into a business relationship with Land/Home Financial Services, Inc. The MH Worksheet link is a PDF copy of a Manufactured and Modular Home loan application that can be used for your customers. Similarly, the 1003 Form link provides a PDF copy of the standard Fannie Mae mortgage loan application.
