- Have found a particular home and/or property you are ready to buy and want to apply for a real property mortgage,
- And it’s Secure!
- You can ask “Am I Qualified?” that will connect you to a short application form. Upon submission, you will receive an answer within one business day!
- If you want to apply for a loan later by using a hand-written application rather than applying on-line, you have two choices which are downloadable applications available in PDF format:
- Perfect for those who have limited access to a computer, or
- Feel more comfortable filling out an application off line, or
- Have limited capabilities.
- All this offers greater flexibility to you, our valued customer.
If your choice is to use a hand-written form, take a minute to download the 1003 Form or Manufactured and Modular Home Loan Work Sheet. The links are located in the blue bar going down the left hand side of this page. The two separate forms are saved in a PDF format. Once you have downloaded the form of your choice, all you need to do is to print, complete and send the Form 1003 or the Work Sheet to Land/Home via fax or mail.
